I really enjoyed this workshop as it was all personal perceptions. We were presented with the keywords of Vampire, Tea, Human Flight, Prosthetics and The Moon. In each instance we were asked to draw for various amounts of time and as such the detail in each image varies. The fact that we had no reference meant we worked from our own experiences with each of the topics and how we perceived each theme. It was not only interesting to see my own connections with the themes but also the connections other people had made that I hadn’t thought of. At the end of this workshop we had to select a topic to research. I, like many others, chose the moon as I am interested in the magical aspects of it.
