Welcome to the Agenda and Actions page. This is a Catalogue of different meetings and the items that we are to discuss and actions from these to be undertaken for the following meet. These meets are for design engineering students as a means to improve on work and help progress our projects. These meets also allowed for feedback from lecturers and fellow students.
We used the Agendas and actions to keep track of what was to be done, progress in the projects and to help plan them out. An alternative was to make to-do lists. This may not have been as effective because it may take longer to get through and you may not cover everything. By making agendas you have less targets to meet and any one time, making it more manageable. However, a to-do list may be favoured as you are capable of seeing all completed and incomplete task in one place making it easier to understand.
Having more regular meets is another alternative. this would allow for more constant feedback from everyone however it may result in not much progress since you may be constantly improving the same tasks. it may also not have been possible due to different schedules and time tables.
