We are thrilled to announce our keynote speakers for Outside/rs 2022, a conference for postgraduates, early-career researchers and community groups, themed around the queer intersections of sex and gender research. 

Outside/rs will be held at the University of Brighton on the 1st and 2nd April, 2022, with virtual provision throughout.

Keynote information 

1st April, virtual keynote – Dr S.N. Nyeck

Chair of Critical Studies, Nelson Mandela University and author of African(a) Queer Presence (Palgrave, 2021). 

2nd April, in-person keynote – Dr Ulrika Dahl

Professor and Director of PhD Studies at the Centre for Gender Research, Uppsala University.
