For the pre-Halloween meet-up of Brighton based comics discussion group Cartoon County on Mon 28th Oct, Daniel Bell, a local creator who specialises in horror comics, will be coming along to talk about his work.

The artist has worked on short self published works, such as the folk horror themed The Ferryman, and illustrated a graphic novel adaptation of Arthur Machen’s The Great God Pan. He has also collaborated with other creators such as Anna Redman and Andy Winter on titles published by Rapid Fire and Time Bomb Comics, and is currently finishing a new comic book about stone circles, called The Fingers of Famhairston which was financed via kickstarter.

Bell will be chatting to Alex Fitch about his various creepy tales, experience of working in small press anthologies, and running successful kickstarter campaigns for his work.
