This concept examines how psychological abuse (inc. coercive control) impacts a person’s emotional, mental, physical, social health and how an individual’s wellbeing may influence their experience of, or response to bullying.

Judith is an Educator, Author, Researcher and Speaker. Her books, ‘Co-Bully No More’ and ‘Unwrap the Gift of YOU’ are based on her lived experience, experiential knowledge and evidenced based #research.
