Ryan is the Assistant University Ombudsperson at the Michigan State University (MSU).  He is the Co-Chair of the Ombuds Committee American Bar Association Section of Dispute Resolution and the Co-Chair of the Ombuds Day Subcommittee.

Marcus serves as the Ombuds for the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP). He is also the Co-Chair of the Ombuds Day Subcommittee American Bar Association Dispute Resolution.
