Am I eligible for the Turing Scheme?

The Turing Scheme is open to all University of Brighton students currently enrolled in degree programs or other recognized tertiary-level qualifications. It is not exclusive to UK nationals, making it accessible to students from around the globe. It is also open to recent university graduates.

How does the Turing Scheme work?

Eligible students can undertake study or work placements abroad for four weeks up to 12 months. These placements should fit within the academic year, and all activities must be completed by 31st August 2025. The Turing Scheme can also fund independently arranged activities, such as summer jobs abroad, even if they aren’t directly connected to your course. However, funding cannot be used for placements already financed by other sources.
