Our Graduate Consultant role requires no previous experience: from day one we provide a full training programme that will give you the skills to deliver and sell workplace compliance solutions to our customers. In this role you will develop your technical, account management, and sales skills – whilst benefitting from commission, profit share, a fully expensed company car, and a clear career progression ladder. Our Graduate Consultant role is also very varied: three days a week you may be visiting one of our customers’ buildings in the UK or internationally, another day you may be building your customer relationships, report writing, or attending a networking event or seminar. In short: no two days are the same!

We are a small to medium enterprise who currently employs over eighty people, so everybody knows each other making for a friendly office atmosphere. We give our all to the business but we do have a flexible approach to work and understand that a work life balance is important to our employees. We also like to celebrate success together, whether it is a tender win or if an employee gets married – a large cake or a celebratory feast often appears!
