Faik Aktulga Wild Fangs

Faik Aktulga, Wild Fangs
Faik studied Business Management BSc(Hons) at the University of Brighton and, after graduation, he returned to his parents’ house in London to look for corporate work in the city. After a round of applications and interviews, he started to doubt his passion for the career path that he had found himself pursuing. Entrepreneurial, and very restless in a 9-5 office environment, Faik faced a quandary. How could he find meaningful work that would utilise his university learnings yet suit his personality, interests and drive? He turned to his lifetime love: exotic animals. Five years later Faik is running a successful and popular animal encounters business, Wild Fangs.

Tanya White, The Challenge
A large part of Tanya’s role involves creating partnerships with organisations and looking at ways of establishing a mutual benefit working together. She is a self-professed “complete fan of networking” and is keen to share her stories, and those of her colleagues, to demonstrate the way networking can be transformational in business. The Challenge is the UK’s leading charity for building a more integrated society. It designs and delivers programmes that bring different people together to develop their confidence and skills in understanding and connecting with others.
