15 November – The EmployAbility Early Diversity Internship Programme is an opportunity for those from diverse backgrounds to find out more about the Civil Service and Fast Stream. Of those who completed the internship in 2018 and were surveyed, 100% recommended it. http://bit.ly/2Rc8uDd

The Taylor Bennett Foundation exists to encourage BAME graduates to pursue a career in communications. The TBF Mentoring Programme provides six months of mentoring for BAME final year students and graduates pursuing a career in PR. You’ll be paired with a mentor who is currently working in the industry, and also has the right skills and contacts to help you develop your career ambitions. More info at http://bit.ly/2PV6HSS.

Creative Access was established to help increase diversity in the creative sector by providing paid internship opportunities to graduates from a black, Asian and non-white ethnic minority background. Since 2012 they have placed 750 people from BAME backgrounds into paid internships across 13 creative sectors, 80% of those who completed their internships found full time paid roles within the creative industry.
