Mood Boost Coaches needed for a fantastic student-led initiative

 

Mood Boost is the University’s Student Peer-to-Peer Mental Health Programme. This course is run by students in conjunction with the Counselling & Wellbeing Service and Active Student.

Mood Boost needs you!!! As a Mood Boost Coach you will be trained to deliver a 4-week course that will support students experiencing mild depression and low mood. All Mood Boost Coaches will be given full-extensive training and will be required to volunteer on Wednesdays for approximately 3 hours each session from September 2018 – March 2019. Extended Application Closing Date is now 31st July 2018
