Preparing for Your Journey Into the Unknown

A talk about entrepreneurship with TedX speaker Roger Cowdrey

International business consultant, writer and motivational speaker, Roger Cowdrey, will visit the University of Brighton to speak to students and graduates about entrepreneurship.

This unique lecture takes place on Monday 4 December (4 pm to 6 pm) in Room 117, Mithras House. Register for free.

In ‘Preparing for Your Journey Into the Unknown’, TedX speaker Roger will explore the opportunities available to those who embrace entrepreneurship. “I look at entrepreneurism as an essential component in all aspects of life,” says Roger, “rather than the narrow business definition.”

Roger will set out the characteristics he believes are required to be entrepreneurial. He’ll consider the things that inhibit our entrepreneurial behaviour and suggests useful ways of improving our minds to behave more entrepreneurially.

What is an entrepreneur? What stops people behaving in an entrepreneurial way? How entrepreneurial are you and how can you develop a clear entrepreneurial vision? All this – and more – will be answered in a what’s sure to be a lively and engrossing talk.

Book your free place – reservation essential.
