Social Work graduate scheme includes funded Masters.
Our two-year Leadership Development programme offers outstanding graduates an exciting new route into one of Britain’s toughest and most rewarding professions. We prioritise hands-on experience through practice-based learning, and you will benefit from intensive practical and academic training, tailored to your needs, as one of a new generation of children’s social workers.

Custodial services graduate scheme- includes funded Masters.
Unlocked is a unique two-year programme giving graduates the opportunity to become inspirational and influential leaders. Serving as a prison officer, you will build skills and complete a bespoke Master’s while working with prisoners to help them break the cycle of reoffending. Unlocked officers attend an intensive six-week training programme before beginning work as a prison officer in prisons in London and the South East.
Closing date: 22nd December  (but applications are more likely to be successful if they are sent in before end November 2017)

Think Ahead
Fast track mental health social work scheme (includes funded PG Dip/ Masters from University of York)
Most people know someone who’s had mental health problems. But not everyone knows someone who can make a difference.
Understanding and supporting adults with mental illness is as rewarding as it is challenging. It takes individuals with a rare blend of resilience,empathy, and intelligence to create a positive impact.  At Think Ahead we’re searching for exceptional graduates and career-changers to become mental health social workers. On our two-year programme you’ll be paid to work in an expert team alongside clinical professionals, study for a master’s degree in social work, and develop your leadership skills.
