A chance to meet key contacts advertising placements, summer internships and graduate jobs all here on campus. There will also be plenty of support on offer on the day, from the University of Brighton, who can help you with advice and guidance for your career. Talent2017: A Skills Festival for the Digital Sector
Wednesday 15th March, 10-4pm, Jury’s Inn, Brighton Waterfront, King’s Road, Brighton BN1 2GS
If you want to work in TV, games, design, animation, developing, programming, content marketing, paid search, SEO, or mobile technology, this jobs fair will help you take your first step and will put you face-to-face with key contacts in the local digital, media and tech sector.
You will get the chance to chat with local companies about what it’s like to work for them and the upcoming opportunities they have available. This event will include lightning talks and practical workshops throughout the day. Talks will cover topics such as: getting a technical role in the sector, what employers look for in the modern age and how to never work a day in your life. You’ll also have the chance to review your CV and attend National Career Service workshops.
The whole day is entirely free to attend and will be a fantastic opportunity to connect with local businesses looking for new talent. So, if you’d like to get your first step on the digital career ladder, grab a ticket for the Talent2017: Jobs Fair on the 15th March.
