Are you ready for a ‘Situational Judgement’ test?
You may have never come across the term, Situational Judgement before but if you have received an invitation to an Assessment Centre it is highly likely you will be asked to do a Situational Judgement test ( SJT) as part of the process.
Employers are increasingly using these as another way to test your ability and skills.
So you can start to prepare for these here are some links to practice SJ tests. They will all vary but having done practice tests before will help before doing the real thing when it will count.

I’d like to suggest an additional link for this page to PracticeReasoningTests.com. On our website there’s an explanation of SJT’s and some example questions, answers and worked solutions. Students find it quite valuable when preparing for difficult interviews that include SJT’s: https://practicereasoningtests.com/situational-judgement-tests.
