A whole month of jobs events!

To celebrate our biggest Career Fair ever, we’re dedicating the whole month of November to careers and employability. You can see the full list on our Careers Events Page – but here’s just a selection of what’s on offer:

  • Thursday 10 November
CEM and Business Placements Fair at Moulsecoomb (noon – 3pm, Cockcroft Hall)
An event for Year 2 students from Computing, Engineering, Maths and the Business School seeking sandwich year placement opportunities.

  • Monday, 21 November

Hastings Talk with Q&A: Careers in Environmental Science (2pm – 3pm, Creativity Suite, Priory Square)

Hear from a professional in the field of Aquatic Management as she talks about her own career path and about environmental career opportunities more broadly.

  • Wednesday, 23 November
beepurple Workshop – ‘Starting Up: The Good, the Bad and the Ugly’ (5:30pm – 8pm, Cockcroft Hall, Moulsecoomb)

An informative Q&A session in which three enterprising Brighton alumni will share their experiences of starting their own businesses.

  • Friday, 2 December
Built Environment and Civil Engineering Fair (Cockcroft Hall, Moulsecoomb)

A chance to talk to recruiters, academics, Brighton graduates and careers advisors all in one place.

There will also be pop-up stands on all five campuses throughout the month, so students can drop by and discuss careers, volunteering and employability with members of the Careers team.

It’s going to be an amazing month. Make the most of it!
