Location: Falmer

Salary: In the range £7 – 7.99 per hour
Are you a University of Brighton student who is able to work in a busy customer focused support environment where you will be working alongside library and technical support staff to help students get the most from Information Services? This role will include helping with basic IT queries, maintaining the study environment by shelving and tidying books as well as monitoring and maintaining computer, printing and audio visual equipment.

Information Services: Student Helper (SILS)
Location: Watts Building, Moulsecoomb
Salary: £8.10 per hour
Are you reliable, responsible, have good communication and IT skills and looking for work to fit in with your studies? We are looking for people who are available for the next academic year. You must be willing and able to work a variety of shifts in the mornings and afternoons.
You will provide a service to all members of the university, answering enquiries relating to all supported computer systems, software and network connections, diagnosing and solving problems in a first line support capacity. You will also provide an in-person Computer Store facility selling small IT consumables (DVDs, USB sticks, Keyboards/Mice, cables etc.) and software to staff and students.

Information Services: Reprographics Student Helper
Location: City Campus/Moulsecoomb
Salary: £8.10 per hour

Reprographics is now recruiting for a customer facing role to assist in the running of the reprographics service for students and staff. Your duties will be to produce a variety of work for both students and staff, this could include printing a dissertation or student project and wide format printing up A1 size in various resolutions from CAD/draft to high quality photo.

PAE Office : Student Telephone Fundraiser
Location: Edward St, Central Brighton

Salary: £8.59 per hour
Each year the Philanthropy and Alumni Engagement team conducts a telephone fundraising campaign which allows us to raise funds for various projects across the university that support students over and above our core costs. We employ a team of enthusiastic, professional and hardworking students who will telephone our alumni to find out what they have been doing since they graduated, talk about current university news, and ask for regular donations to provide financial aid, for example, to students in need such as through scholarships and grants.
