FutureRising offer a series of bootcamps designed to get students or recent graduates immediately into a job. First up, a Creative Advertising Bootcamp with Ricky Richards, who will be running a weekend long workshop from our HQ in London. Ricky’s knowledge from getting into the industry and working at Wieden+Kennedy, AKQA and Ogilvy will be passed down for the price of one weeks salary. Browse course content. After the bootcamp, they’ll be working with every attendee to make introductions and place them at the UK’s best creative agencies. Do you have an idea using technology that could improve the experience for students or staff studying/working at the Uni? The eLearning team are excited to launch the first Brighton Digital Award, funded by Santander Universities and powered by Elevator, Jisc’s open innovation platform. To enter, just make a short video describing your idea. The best four submissions will win £250 prize money. They will then be offered funding, up to £1000, to help them develop their ideas as well as accessing a package of business support and advice from experts. You don’t need to be a programmer or designer as you will receive help to design and develop a prototype product.
