I’m a graduate… now what?!
Congratulations… you’ve hopefully just completed one of the best experiences of your life, learnt lots, made friends and it’s almost time to collect your degree – phew!
But what’s next for you? You may have found an internship or graduate role, or even decided on further study. But if it feels like everyone around you knows what they are doing next and you don’t, please don’t panic.
The Careers Service at the University of Brighton is here for you – today, tomorrow, even twenty years from now! Yep – that’s right, we’re here for you for life.
One of the best things you can do if you find yourself wondering ‘what now’ is to arrange a 1-to-1 appointment with our Career Development Advisors. A 30 minute chat with them could help you identify what your skills are, what opportunities are available and ways to gain new skills if you need them.
Moved away already? Don’t worry – we can arrange phone or email advice – whatever suits you.
We also offer a huge range of advice, a job finding service and contact details for the Careers Service at your campus on our website www.brighton.ac.uk/careers
Whatever is next for you, we want to wish you good luck and hope you’ve enjoyed your time here – keep in touch and remember – we’re here when you need us.
