CNC on Fusion 360
First we made an extruded box and created a letter in the box.
Next we had to cut the shape out of the box. This was done by selecting CNC out of the menu which then creates a path for the shape you want to cut. The lines on the block show the shape that the path is taking.
The next step was making the smaller pocket with a smaller bit. This just added a layering effect.
