Brighton beachThe conference will be held in the city of Brighton, UK. All sessions will take place in the Moulsecoomb Campus, in Mithras House (Lewes Road, BN2 4AT).

You can reach Mithras on foot from Brighton centre (20-30 mins), by train, by bike, bus or car.

By bike:

The city of Brighton and Hove has just launched BikeShare, a cycling scheme for visitors and people who don’t own a bike. You need to download the Social Bicycles mobile app and get going. A bike location is installed in the Cockroft building (just across the road from Mithras). For more info about the Bike Share scheme see also the Brighton and Hove Council page.

By train:

  • Moulsecoomb station is situated behind the Watts and Cockcroft buildings and is two stops from the main Brighton station. There are up to four trains an hour from Moulsecoomb to Falmer (four minutes’ journey time), two trains an hour direct to Eastbourne (35 minutes’ journey time) and regular direct and connecting services to Hastings (70 minutes’ average journey time). Mithras is 5 mins walk from the Moulsecoomb station – just walk down from the station and when you reach Lewes Road cross it and walk towards the South (turn right). You will see an a big brown building.

 By Bus 

The Brighton & Hove Bus and Coach Company runs services across the city, with tickets for limited services running past our Brighton campuses and a discount for NUS card holders on all services. Tickets can be bought from bus drivers, online and on mobile phone apps. NUS tickets must be bought from 1 Stop Travel on North Street or at campus shops.
