Module Reports and Action Plans
Please note that there is a new module report template and a separate document for reporting action plans.

Module reports should be prepared and submitted to Course Administrators with the sample, so that External Examiners have a useful commentary from module leaders, to be discussed at the meetings prior to exam boards.
Action planning has always been part of our review process, but the university as a whole is paying more attention to encouraging and monitoring quality enhancement, so please make sure that you complete the separate action plan.
