Getting Started: Enrolment and First Steps

Enrolment is your first step towards becoming a Brighton student. This process gives you access to My Studies, My Brighton, your welcome timetable, and other essential tools. For assistance, visit our online tasks page or contact our onboarding helpline at 01273 644 454.

Once enrolled, connect with fellow students through the Unibuddy community and participate in pre-arrival events to feel at home before you even step on campus.

Moulsecoomb Campus

Our recently transformed Moulsecoomb campus, home to the School of Business and Law, features state-of-the-art facilities, including the new Elm House, modern study spaces, and fitness centres. It’s a hub for Brighton’s student community, with easy access to shops, cafes, and the city centre. Falmer Campus

Located in the scenic South Downs National Park, the Falmer campus blends peaceful countryside with quick access to Brighton. It features two halls of residence, a well-stocked library, dining options, and impressive sports facilities, including a floodlit astroturf football pitch and a sports hall. The campus is also conveniently located next to Brighton & Hove Albion’s Amex Stadium.


City Campus

In the heart of Brighton, the City campus offers a cultural and creative atmosphere with nearby residences like Phoenix Brewery. Enjoy a vibrant social scene, including bars, theatres, and music venues, and be just a short walk from the beach.


Academic Support and Resources

Studying at a university can be challenging, but at Brighton, you’re never alone. The Brighton Student Skills Hub offers resources and one-to-one support to help you develop essential skills. You should also work closely with your Personal Academic Tutor throughout your time with us to set learning and career goals. You’ll have access to Careers Connect from the day you enrol, which includes hundreds of jobs on and around campus.


Support and Wellbeing

Your wellbeing is a priority. We have a robust support system, including Student Support and Guidance Tutors (SSGTs), Student Residential Advisors, and Wellbeing Champions online training courses. We are also able to offer funding and resources to help you navigate university life should you find yourself in financial difficulty.
