According to the results of the Research Excellence Framework 2014 (REF), Brighton Business school is top 5 university for world-leading research impact in Business and Management Studies.

We have taught business and management for over 40 years and this result highlights our experience and expertise in delivering results for business and industry.’
The University of Brighton has been recognised for producing research of “world-leading quality” that is making a difference to the economy and society.
According to the results of the Research Excellence Framework 2014 (REF), 92% of our research is rated as being world-leading or internationally excellent in terms of the impact it makes.
Overall the proportion of world class research produced by the University of Brighton has risen by more than 50% since the last research assessment exercise in 2008.
