Creating and delivering presentations containing relevant and engaging information is an important skill.

Using PowerPoint for presentations

Microsoft PowerPoint has long been the standard tool for presentations. When presenting to an audience having the ability to ‘show’ examples of what you are talking about enhances the presentation and can make it more memorable for your audience.

Presenting your work to staff and students as part of sharing your findings or in assessments is an important academic skill.

Oral communication and presentation are important employability skills, and you may be asked to give a presentation as part of the interview process for getting a job.

You can download PowerPoint on to multiple devices through the University’s Office 365 subscription.
