Study Advisors

Each campus library offers a range of study skills support for all University of Brighton students. This includes one-to-one appointments and drop-ins with a Study Skills Advisor who can provide support tailored to your individual needs. We can cover key study skills such as understanding assignments, time management and planning, getting organised, referencing, submitting work electronically – and many more topics.

Book a session

The easiest way to see a Study Skills Advisor is to book via the online booking system.

When you get to the library for your session, the library Help Desk will be able to tell you where to find your Study Advisor. You can find the times of the sessions below.

If you would find it difficult to attend an appointment in person, we may be able to offer a tutorial by Skype – let us know by emailing ASKWebsiteFeedback@brighton.ac.uk.
