The Creative Research Methods Group would like to invite you to join us for another vibrant symposium on creative research methods on Tue 6th June 14:30-15:15 BST on Microsoft Teams. This session features:

Jon Mason, University of Brighton – ‘Putting My Money Where My Mouth Is: Applying Lessons in Performance from Theoretical Research’

Jon’s research draws on his practice as a professional storyteller, but in his recent writing he laid down proposals for improved practice which he was yet to demonstrate himself. In this talk he reflects on the preparation and delivery of a gig at which he attempted to road-test his theoretical arguments in the real world.

The group is supported by the Centre for Arts and Wellbeing. It is open to all who share our passion for creative methods and our desire to provide a supportive, stimulating space within which to explore these. No advance sign-up is required; just turn up on the day if you wish to join us.

To participate, join our Team using this code: 6r81bq6 (Participants external to the University of Brighton will need to email Helen in advance of the session to be added to the Team as a guest.) Or access the meeting directly here:
