Enhancing outputs and achieving impact through collaboration:

Knowledge exchange & Knowledge Transfer Partnerships (KTP) 

 

This session, which will be run by Liz Johnson (KTP Manager), Stuart Hedley (Knowledge Exchange Manager for Responsible Futures) and Marco Picco (Innovation Lead, Green Growth Platform), will look at knowledge exchange as a broad concept and how funding mechanisms such as Knowledge Transfer Partnerships (KTP) can be an excellent vehicle towards enhancing your academic outputs and achieving impact. The session will cover:

  • Knowledge exchange and university-business collaborations
  • KTP: an overview of the funding scheme, how it works and what the benefits are for academics
  • Making the most of your networks to achieve impact
  • Open Q&A/discussion

This session will be useful for people with all levels of knowledge and experience with university-business collaborations.
