Recruitment:
We are currently in the selection process for the appointment of a Research Fellow in Experimental Modelling of Multiphase Flows with Phase-change Heat Transfer. The selection process is at the final stage and soon our team will be enhanced in order to conduct a series of novel experiments in pool boiling where we will focus to identify and quantify the effect of oxygen concentration in bubble nucleation in metallic surfaces. A unique experimental set-up has been already designed and developed for this purpose in our Multiphase Thermofluids Lab in the Advanced Engineering Centre.
