Ikea Case Study

Ikea is a well-known Swedish company serving millions of customers across the planet thanks to their cheap self-assembly furniture line.

Nowadays it's important for companies to use Technology as a tool of change.

GOAL

With this listening hub, Ikea find out that for example, UK customers are more likely to use forums to discuss customer service issues and Americans customers use social media like Facebook.

FUTURE

In this case, the application of data to marketing is really useful for the company and aim positive changes across the company. Their goal is to connect the different units of the company. In the future, this platform will also help the employees to share directly the internals information to the appropriate departments.
