ICONOCLASTS: Art out of the Mainstream

Fine Art MA graduate Dale Lewis is part of the Saatchi Gallery’s autumn show opening on 27 September 2017. The Iconoclasts exhibition is exactly 20 years after Charles Saatchi’s era defining exhibition Sensation which opened on 18 September 1997, launching the careers of Tracey Emin and Damien Hirst. ICONOCLASTS will explore the work of 13 ground breaking British and international artists whose image-making practice is unorthodox, often destructive and aims to resist mainstream art practices.

Dale Lewis, who graduated from MA Fine Art in 2006, joins the following group of artists exhibiting: Maurizio Anzeri, Matthew Chambers, Daniel Crews-Chubb, Josh Faught, Aaron Fowler, Danny Fox, Makiko Kudo, Dale Lewis, Thomas Mailaender, Kate MccGwire, Renee So, Douglas White and Alexi Williams-Wynn.
