Amy Kennedy, Assistant Planner in Deloitte Real Estate’s Manchester team, has been shortlisted for the 2017 RTPI Awards for Research Excellence as a finalist in the Student Award category. Already working for Deloitte’s Real Estate Planning Team in Manchester as an Assistant Planner, she has been shortlisted for her MSc research which examined the impact of land ownership patterns on housing delivery in Brighton & Hove.
The Awards for Research Excellence are run by the RTPI to recognise and promote high quality, impactful spatial planning research from RTPI accredited planning schools, and planning consultancies around the world.
