MAKING A DIFFERENCE THROUGH ARTS AND HUMANITIES RESEARCH: FUNDING INNOVATIVE IMPACT PROJECTS TO BRING ABOUT CHANGE

The university of Brighton Impact Acceleration Account (IAA) is a prestigious award funded through the Arts and Humanities Research Council. Through flexible and responsive funding opportunities the IAA enables us to drive forward our arts and humanities research to make real-world change in response to key-societal challenges. Funding is available up to March 2025 and has so far supported 17 projects. It’s our ambition to reach out to all colleagues whose work sits under the broad remit of the AHRC and build a robust impact community where researchers are empowered to use their research to bring about change, effects and benefits across all sectors and communities.
