Do you think you’re eligible for a University of Brighton Bursary?

Are you a on a Nursing course that started at the beginning of February 2019 and are normally resident in England or a non UK EU country?

Have you been income assessed by Student Finance as having a household income of under £25K?

If so, you should be eligible for the annual University of Brighton Bursary of £500 and you should have received an email from the University Bursaries Team to notify you of this.

The first payment of £250 is due on 1st March 2019 (next week)

The second payment of £250 is due on 31st May 2019

If you have not heard or you’re not sure if you are entitled to the Bursary please contact the Student Advice Service for more information.

EU Students

If you are receiving a Tuition Fee Loan from Student Finance EU, they should have sent you a form EU18B – this form asks for financial information to help the University determine your eligibility and entitlement to the Bursary. Again, if you have not received one please come and see a Student Adviser on your campus or give us a ring on 01273 642888
