Student Advice Service – Money Matters

News from the Student Advice Service at the University of Brighton

Have you applied to the Summer Fund?

If you have applied to the Summer Hardship Fund and the Assessors have asked for additional information, we need to receive this by Monday 10th July.

This is because all applications need to be considered, assessed, checked, authorised and paid by the end of July, which is the close of the university’s financial year.

Please click here to access the form and further information regarding how to apply and who is eligible:

We will not be able to consider any late applications received after Friday 7th July.

If you are expecting to resubmit work over the summer, or you know you have to resit an exam and this will cause you exceptional financial difficulty, you must apply to the fund before Friday 7th.

The Student Advisers and your SSGTs are here to help

Please contact Student Advice in the first instance on 01273 642888
