Have you applied to one of the university hardship funds recently?

Are you waiting to hear from us?

Here’s a couple of things to bear in mind:

  1. Make sure you read and understand the guidance. This explains what happens when, so you will have an idea of the timeframe and different stages of the application process.
  2. Once we have received your full and complete application, we log it and you will receive an acknowledgement to your uni email account, so keep an eye out.
  3. Ensure you upload your bank details to studentcentral. This is a safe and secure place to store your bank details. We will not share this information. Without your bank details uploaded, we cannot make payment should you be successful.
  4. Applications are taking the full 28 days to process at this current time. This is due to high numbers of applications being received. We appreciate your patience at this time and we have deployed additional resources to ensure we maintain our intended service level agreement.

If you have any questions about the funds, please call us on 01273 642888
