As IKEA is a global brand, getting and hearing from all the customers world wide it wasn’t that easy they concerned how fix it. so they were trying to use technology tools to gather the ideas and feedback to be possible for them to use.
It is interesting to realised how technology could have massive impact to increased customer satisfaction while we are gathering data/feedbacks using correct platform companies such as Brandwatch. Using technical tools helped IKEA to improve the service world wide. They could have closer relationship to their customers as they are using they own APP and blogs to get more feedback.
