We are extremely pleased to announce that we have picked up the School of the Year award at the Brighton Students’ Union Excellence Awards, for the second year in a row!
Reasons for our nomination include things like encouraging our students to stand out from the crowd and the support we offer out students.
Now in its fifth year, the awards highlight the efforts of people who students felt had made the most positive impact on their university experience. This year’s ceremony brought together the awards for students and teaching, to emphasise the collective efforts of all.
There were other winners in our school too, including Alex Remmington, studying the BSc(Hons) Biological Sciences, Ivana Petrovic of PharmSoc for Society Committee and the Innovative Award for two of our lecturers, Bhavik Patel and Jacqueline Elsom.
