On my recent trip to Budapest, Hungary.

I’m not going to lie, I was pleasantly surprised (I don’t know what I was expecting in all honestly) by the beautiful culture and the laid back locals. Whilst being dragged around the city by my best friend who had come for her own research purposes – well that’s if you can call drinking the local alcohol research… so reluctantly she agreed to compromise and go to places in which I could conduct my work, but were in the same vicinity as a bar…

Joking aside, I managed to actually find some photography gems, as it really isn’t too hard in such a photogenic city. We mainly focused on the ‘Pest’ side of the river, and I have to say I have never seen such a clean and well looked after city.
