Trainee physical education were introduced to a version of hockey designed to be more inclusive for all pupils in secondary schools. Quick Sticks is designed to introduce pupils to the game of hockey using adapted and modified equipment. It is four-a-side, can be played on any surface, and uses a larger, lighter and safer ball.
