Jam 2017

 Friday 31 March — Sunday 2 April 2017

@ University of Brighton, Havelock road, Hastings

Objective

To make a game, based on a theme/concept, that is made in Construct2

Why Construct2 and not something like Unity or UDK? Well, Construct is a simple HTML5 2d game creator,  can be used on tablets (bring your own device and develop where/when you want), and it creates sharable multiplatform HTML5 games. Construct2 encourages innovation and creativity. It allows anyone to build games – no coding required.

It is recommended you bring a pair of headphones with you for the duration of the event.

Theme

As our 2017 jam is to be staged on the weekend of April 1st ,the theme will be “fools and foolish things”. All games produced during the jam should incorporate this into their game in some way.
