One of the final outcomes I am producing towards my FMP is the marketing and promotional strategy of competition emailing. This is a way of getting the HIDDEN target market involved in the creation of the hats and at the same time redefining the brand values towards celebrating traditional craftsmanship. The main reason for sending out the email is to collect as much data as posable from current HIDDEN customers, as well as spending the message about the brand.
To avoid the idea of junk mail the content of the email was important to be specific and to the point about the competition. I hope the email would inspire the HIDDEN customer to look in more detail at the brand and see how this promotes the brand values.
