Harrison Award

The School of Education has announced a new award which is open to all final year undergraduate students on degree programmes within the school.

The winner will receive £150 plus gift aid which has been funded by previous head of school, Lorraine Harrison and seeks to recognise the academic achievements of students who display determination and commitment to their studies.

The prize will be based on the student with the greatest difference in their average mark between credits taken at level 5 and 6. The average will be weighted by credits taken and any module not carrying a percentage mark will be disregarded.  In the event of a tie the prize will be shared equally.

The winner will be notified in advance and announced at the summer graduation ceremony.
