D&T welcome Hove Park year 11 students

In November and January, pupils from Hove Park school came to experience Computer Aided Design and Computer Aided Manufacture (CAD/CAM) in our Design and Technology department. Hove Park School is our partner and to enhance pupils’ learning in Design and Technology, Samantha Roberts (Secondary PGCE D&T student) arranged for 2 groups of year 11 to come and learn CAD/CAM including 2D Design, laser cutting and 3D printing machines as part of the pupils GCSE work.
