Full Event Programme Now Online

All session timings and other details have now been firmed up for the Carnival, so with just one week to go until registrations close, we are massively excited to be able to publish the final programme for the event.  If you are planning on coming along, then you will find hard copies of this available on the day.  If you aren’t, then you might just want to take a peek at this while there’s still time to register – you’ll be sore if you only realise what you’re missing once it’s too late!

Carnival Timetable – The Shape of the Day

We will be timetabling in May, once we have made final decisions about which submissions are being accepted.  If you are keen to make travel arrangements before then, however, you might like to know that the shape of the day will look something like this…

Travel and Accommodation Info for Carnival Delegates

We’ve put together some useful information on travel, accommodation and dining options for anyone who’s planning on travelling to the Carnival in June: Accommodation and Travel Info for CoI).  Please bear in mind that summer accommodation in Brighton can get booked up a long way ahead of time, so it’s worth looking into this as soon as you can after you’ve registered for the event.  There should be lots here to help point you in the right direction!

Update on Registrations and Submissions

Due to popular demand, we have extended the deadlines for conference submissions and early bird registrations. Submissions are now due by 30th March. Submissions received by the original deadline of 15th February should receive a decision by 30th March at the latest. We aim to respond to all other applications by 30th April. We are also accepting submissions for conference posters. Please see the full call on this site for further details.

Early bird registrations will now close on 7th May, after which the registration fee will increase to £35.
