NHS Graduate Management Training Scheme now open

 

NHS Graduate Management Training Scheme (GMTS) opens today Monday 14 October 2019 and closes at 23:30 on Wednesday 18 December 2019

This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates of any degree who are passionate about providing a world-class healthcare service, and have the determination and drive to meet the NHS challenges head-on.

After two years (or two and a half if choosing Finance), the trainees will be ready to apply for senior NHS roles.

GMTS requirements

In addition to the specific requirements available on the website, a 2:2 degree minimum in any subject is acceptable.

DHSC requirements

For the Department of Health and Social Care Health Policy Fast Track Scheme you need to have at least a 2.1 degree, in any subject.

Tier 2 – Sponsorship to work in the UK

All offers of GMTS employment are subject to candidates being granted permission to work under the Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) Scheme. This permission is granted by UK Visa and Immigration only. Applications from candidates requiring Tier 2 sponsorship who are currently in the UK on a Tier 4 (General) Student visa are accepted. More details available here:
