Young Foodies represents over 550 start-up and scale-up brands. Exciting fast growth brands such as Pip & Nut, Mallow & Marsh, and Candy Kittens call our communities home. Our mission is to level the playing field for challenger brands to allow them to compete with the larger brands in the industry. One of the ways we do this is helping them find brilliant junior talent.

Our primary objective being to educate students and grads about the opportunities in the food & drink startup world, as alternatives to entering big corporates like Nestle or Unilever..

This year we’re running our very first Young Foodies Grad Programme – Springboarding superstar grads into the most exciting food & drink start-ups. In short, it’s an intensive 3 day programme, consisting of 2 days training and an assessment day, where we match the grads with our brands. It will challenge the entrepreneur in grads and, at the same time, teach them everything they’ll need to hit the ground running in startup food & drink brands.
