Enrichment Week starts tomorrow with a host of events to support your well-being and mental health. We’d definitely recommend signing up for an in-chair massage (fully-clothed), which is offered at a reduced student rate of only £10. Please email Lucy East to book in, stating your preferred time and mentioning that you are a student.
Alternatively you can come along on Wednesday 7th to Mithras 156 to a drop-in session run by the Students Union where you can create a FREE self-care kit and also find out more about what the SU can do for you.
Or why not sign up for our mental health awareness workshop where you can learn how to build your resilience and get some tips on dealing with stress and anxiety. This session will run from 12-1pm on Wednesday 7th November in Mithras 154.
Finally, join us for the Big Night In on Thursday 8th November from 5-8pm in Mithras canteen. It’s a chance for you to give us your feedback on your uni experience but also to socialise with students across all courses and year groups. FREE FOOD AND DRINK will be provided!
