  • Would you like to know more about how to translate data into impactful stories?

  • Are you interested in creating a data-driven campaign for your organisation?

  • Do you want to work alongside community artists and take part in the Brighton Fringe Festival?

We are offering an exciting opportunity for people working in a charity or not-for-profit organisation in the area of Brighton & Hove to take part in a series of staff development workshops. A few new places have just come up – join us!

These workshops are free and offered by researchers of the “ART/DATA/HEALTH: Data as creative material for health and wellbeing”, a research project based at the University of Brighton. The project aims to help organisations use health and wellbeing data as the source of experiential stories and as the source material for creative expression.

During the workshops you will be working alongside at team of artists and University researchers. You will use a combination of creative media, storytelling and data analytics to explore evidence around health and wellbeing.

Please feel free to bring along any data of interest to you and your team (Excel or CSV formats) – for example, referral numbers or monitoring data.

As well as gaining data skills, you and your fellow participants will help to create an artwork which will be exhibited the 2020 Brighton Fringe Festival.
