The development of your poster design is going well and shows a rich and effective balance of image and text overall. I think an area for you to reflect on is how to make some of your writing more specific and condensed in places, and how to eliminate words that aren’t necessary. There are some sections where you have made your points rather broadly, particularly the smaller sections in the top half of your poster, and where I think there is more precise information you could offer (e.g., in what way are you interested in ‘the man behind the Collection’; what kind of forms are referred to when you say ‘a wide range’). We can talk about this more in the tutorial next week – it is one of the real challenges of a poster format! The section on current investigations works very well with the images of the pots (based on loving cups) and the glaze tests and drawings.
